Helping Hand Service                                                                               $250  More Info
This package is for couples who don't mind the planning process but need recommendations for Ocean Isle Beach area vendors.  Planning a wedding away from home is difficult because you don't know the area or the wedding professionals who can provide you with the best service and the best price.  Some couples end up hiring vendors in their hometown and then paying extra for those vendors to travel to the beach to provide their services.  Knowing who can provide excellent service in the area can save you money!  This package provides couples with a helping hand by including unlimited emails and phone calls to answer questions from "Where can I get a wedding cake?" to "What's the local florist's phone number?"  But not only do I give you a phone number, I check recommendations first to make sure you're not wasting your valuable time calling vendors who don't match your vision.  Includes access to my Preferred Vendor List and General Vendor List.

When you're stumped or having trouble with a thing or two,  let me know and I'm on the case.  For the couple who are doing just fine planning things on their own until something throws them off, I can help them stay on track.  This is a per-task service available at any planning stage.  For example, if you just need me to arrange for a wedding cake, I take your order, book the baker, and arrange the payments for you.  My service fee is a percentage of the cost of the service you're requesting.  This is where you can piece together a custom package based on your planning needs.


Wedding Day Coordinating Service                                                              $150 - $400  More Info
This package does not include any prior wedding planning, but rather coordination of everything on the day of the wedding.  I'm at the ceremony and reception site(s) to: 

           Provide On-Site Wedding Day Coordination           
           Oversee set-up and tear-down of rental equipment and decor
           Coordinate delivery of flowers, cake, and catering 
         Place Accessories such as placecards, guestbook, centerpieces, and guest favors
           Coordinate music/entertainment, photographer, and other vendors
           Direct Ceremony and Reception    
           Distribute final payments to unpaid vendors
           Make sure everything runs smoothly
           *Includes one in-person meeting prior to wedding day to discuss plans and expectations.

This package will provide you with complete wedding planning and coordinating service.  For completely stress and worry free planning, leave everything to me!  This package gives you the peace of mind to know that as your services add up, your service charge is capped. 

Includes:
Initial Consultation to discuss your ideas, expectations, and budget. 
Extensive Discussions to find out which vendors will meet your needs
Assist in locating Ceremony and Reception Venue
Vendor Recommendations and Booking
Review and Confirm all vendors and venue
Coordinate Vendor Deposits and Final Payments
Locating and booking Rental Equipment
Meet to finalize all aspects of the wedding day
Act as Purchaser of accessories (examples: cake serving pieces, champagne flutes, guestbook, candles, bridal party gifts, etc)
Arrange and Direct Rehearsal
Arrange Transportation
Arrange for Accommodations for Honeymoon (local) and for out of town guests
Arrange for and Distribute Welcome Baskets for out of town guests
Arrange for Beauty Appointments for the Wedding Day
